Delivery is 100% discreet with plain packaging and no reference to our company, this website or items ordered:
- Discreet Billing – The name of this website is not mentioned on your credit card, instead you’ll see “Online Purchase” on your statement.
- Discreet Shipping – We use plan trackpaks or brown paper, without any reference to this website or our company.
- In Stock – All items are in stock for immediate Order Processing.
- Direct – All orders are dispatched directly via Courier Post.

Your products will be delivered to you discreetly packaged.The senders name will not appear on your delivered package.Your delivered package will not include references to adult products.
All orders are sent out via Australia Post and your order can be tracked to your door via the Australia Post website.
Deliveries are processed weekdays and can be expected in 1-5 business days.
Track and Trace Delivery – Cost of Delivery is FREE for orders over AU$50, or AU$8.90 for orders under AU$50
Deliveries outside of main cities may take longer.
If “Signature Required” is selected – then this service will require your signature when the parcel is delivered.
If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Australia Post Office.
If “Non Signature” is selected – then this service will not require your signature when the parcel is delivered and may be left at your door by the courier.
Tracking the delivery status of an item
If you choose to login to your account, you can check to see if your order has shipped from My Account. When your order has shipped you will also receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number.
You can use your tracking number to track the delivery status of your item on the Australia Post website.
If you’ve placed your order and don’t want to login to your account you can track your order, after it has been dispatched, via the Australia Post website. Please contact us if you need any further updates.
